Frequently Asked Questions

How long does working with you take? 

The timeline varies for each project; generally, however, branding projects range from 3 - 6 weeks, and website projects can take anywhere from 6 - 10 weeks. It can be longer or shorter depending on how quickly the client sends feedback or needed content/materials. I usually design quickly though! 

What does pricing look like?

Pricing depends on the deliverables in your package. I offer various payment plans, though each includes an initial down-payment of 50% that is due after your project proposal is signed to secure your project in my schedule. 

Can I create my own custom package with you?

Of course! If you would like to build a custom package that includes a variety of deliverables, I'm happy to work one out with you.

Could you design a video, presentation, or brochure for me?

Yes, I can! If you are interested in a deliverable(s) other than branding, web design, or typical print design, I'm open to conversation to see how we could potentially work together. Just fill out my Inquiry Form and let me know!

After you design my website, do I need a developer to code & launch it?

Nope! My web design is all-in-one: I design a beautiful site for you that is fully functional and ready to operate right at lunch, which saves you a lot of cost and time.

Do you work with clients across the United States or internationally?

Absolutely! Regardless of where you're located, our time working together is completely virtual, with meetings taking place over Zoom. 

How does the design feedback/review process work?

I prefer meeting over Zoom to share my screen and review progress on branding and web design projects so that we can have a discussion about the current direction. Although, I'm willing to send branding progress updates via email for review as well.

What files will I receive in my branding deliverables?

Typically, I send transparent PNG and JPEG files, but I'm also happy to share Ai, PDF, or any other file type upon request.
